Communication Policy
We keep things clear and constructive so players can thrive and coaches can coach.
How we communicate ➜
- TeamSnap for schedules, roster notes, and quick updates.
- Email for club-wide info, invoices, receipts, and policy updates.
- On-site for game-day changes and safety notices.
24-hour rule & boundaries ➜
Please respect a 24-hour cool-off window after games for non-safety concerns. Game-time coaching decisions are not debated during training or matches.
Zero Tolerance & Sideline Behavior ➜
Disrespectful language, threats, and interference with officials or players are not allowed. Safety first, respect always.
TeamSnap Tips
- Availability: Set it weekly so coaches can plan balanced sessions.
- Notifications: Enable push + email for last-minute changes.
- Calendar Sync: Subscribe to your team calendar on your phone.
- Chat: Use team chat for logistics only. No player-specific feedback threads.
Refund Policy
Standard refunds ➜
Refunds are generally not issued after team placement, except for documented medical reasons or relocation. Processing fees may apply.
Weather & cancellations ➜
We follow a “make-up where possible” approach. Indoor options or extra sessions may be offered when weather impacts field time.
Scholarship commitments ➜
Scholarship families agree to attendance and communication standards to keep their spot active.
