Our Coaches

Our coaches are dedicated highly trained professionals who prioritize the development and enjoyment of young players. We create a positive and inclusive environment, ensuring that each child feels valued and supported. Through structured training sessions, we focus on building fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Our teams

Aledo Soccer Club offers a comprehensive youth development program, featuring teams for all ages, from the co-ed Little Aledo U6, where young players are introduced to soccer fundamentals, to the competitive Academy teams for boys and girls up to U14.

Aledo Soccer Club is looking to the future with big goals of growing the program and becoming a true hub for the local community. The vision includes expanding team offerings, improving facilities, and creating a welcoming space where families can gather, connect, and celebrate youth sports.

Former pro in Colombia’s 2nd Division and standout NAIA player. Coached at Solar SC & Sting SC. Brings elite experience and a passion for developing confident, disciplined players.

Tara Connell

Head Coach

Girls 2017, 2018, 2019

Former standout club player and founder of the Cal State Fullerton Women’s Club Team. Coached 8 years with SDSC Surf in San Diego. Specializes in building confident, fundamentally strong players through a holistic, character-driven approach.
