Common Questions

Frequently Asked

Both programs serve a similar age group (ages 7–9, birth years 2018–2016) and feature professional coaching. Academy includes competitive league games on weekends through the Arlington Academy League. Pre-Academy is a recreational training program—same professional environment, but without the competitive game commitment. It's perfect for families who want structured training while keeping their schedule flexible.
No. There are no sessions during Spring Break (March 16–20) across all programs. The schedule resumes the following week.
Life happens! There are no penalties for missing a session. Our coaches keep development progressive, so your child can pick up right where they left off. If you have an extended absence planned, just let the coaching staff know.
Absolutely. Pre-Academy is a great stepping stone. Many families start with recreational training and transition into the Academy competitive program when they're ready. Talk to our coaching staff about the best timing for your player.
For younger kids (ages 3–6, birth year 2019 & younger), Little Aledos is the perfect introduction—it's play-based and designed to build a love for the game. For ages 7–9 (birth years 2018–2016), Pre-Academy is an excellent starting point: professional coaching in a fun, pressure-free environment with no competitive game commitment.
